The weigh-in

Yesterday we took the kitties to the vet for their check-up and man was it a nightmare.  Tiki screamed like she was having a limb removed when in reality it was a simply nail trim.  

We bought them a super large carrier, but did not forsee that the lack of division of space would be such a problem.  Whenever Monty would move, Tiki would hiss for about 15 seconds. The vet recommends we use tranquilizers next time.  

Greg was the superstar who helped the vet in the room.  I was the stress-machine who paced in the lobby, although I could still hear the scream-fest from several rooms over.

Greg and I had another productive weekend working around the house.  

One of the projects we conquered was re-doing Greg’s entire closet with one of those Rubbermaid shelving-kits.  When Greg was disassembling the wood shelving system the previous owners had installed, we found a stash of porn between the boards!  2005 Hustler with some bonus DVDs.  

Pretty exciting stuff.
