Lloyd and Greg spoiled me rotten on Mother’s Day!

Lloyd and Greg got me a bunch of chocolates, a couple pair of shorts, some gardening books, an outdoor blanket, and a baby-tent – with the hope that I can put Lloyd on the blanket in the tent and get some gardening done during the days.  They also pampered me throughout the day, giving me time to relax and lots of cuddle time with them on the couch!  It was perfect!

I took some time to remember Mother’s day last year when I was just 10 weeks pregnant.  I had some unique cramping after our big charity walk in Pittsburgh that was scaring me.  I felt so much like a mother to that baby already, even though I didn’t know anything about the little acorn! I spent a lot of time trying to strengthen myself for any complications that might arise.  Now Lloyd is here and perfect, and guess what?  Worrying is not over!  There will always be a place in my heart that worries about this Big Acorn; but to have him here now to cover with kisses is such a blessing and I never take him for granted, even for a second.
